"The quality of this villa along with the excellent communication with its owner leads me to believe that the villa is actually being undersold by James Villas! Facilities such as the American Fridge freezer with ice making facility and the Jacuzzi shower should be included in the villa description. We have had in excess of a dozen villa holidays with your company and this villa is up there with the best of them. Superb!! "

"We thoroughly recommend Andreas Villa in Argaka, Cyprus. We knew as soon as we drove up the the gates that it was going to be magical and it was! It was even lovelier than the photographs and it was so clean and in a perfect location for us. It was so peaceful and yet we were able to walk to the local bars and restaurants and Polis was just 6 mins drive away. WE loved every minute of our holiday and the villa just made it perfect! "

Thank you for your warm reception and gifts of food and wine. It was so good to have lots of kitchen utensils and plenty of crockery and cutlery together with quality appliances- the fridge was fab!! "From the moment we stepped into the villa, we knew we were going to have a fantastic holiday. The directions to the villa were perfect (courtesy of, our holiday rep) and the villa itself was clean, spacious and exactly the way we had imagined it to be (thanks to the pictures and information on the James Villa website). It is clear that the owners of the villa take great care in looking after it. We couldn't fault the villa at all. The owners even came round 2 or 3 times during our stay with the most delicious cakes - so we were very well looked after! We would definitely like to return. A great family villa. "
