"Really impressed - came to James Villas thru personal recommendation and they lived up to and exceeded expectations. We were very nervous about booking as had not holidayed abroad for many years, but everything was made easy and we have now booked two years running - considering a third year to Crete, but (like most people in the present economy) don't really want to commit this early in the year as we normally look to October. "

"Although already completely happy with our representative in Adele from the start of our holiday, there was a petrol strike whilst we were there and she arrived one morning to tell us about this and promised to keep us advised. We thought this was excellent service. We also needed to ring her with a minor problem in the villa and she arranged for the repair the same day. Well done. "
