Within its gated grounds you’ll find ample parking and beautifully tended areas of lawn and terraces, adorned by lush palm trees and clipped hedging.

There are three separate outdoor seating areas fringed with elegant ironwork balustrades and generously furnished with stylish sofas, loungers and dining suites. Whether you’re enjoying a light barbecue lunch, sipping a refreshing cocktail concocted at the villa’s fabulous poolside bar, or watching the distant lights of Cannes start to twinkle as the sun goes down, the view from each terrace is simply breathtaking.

There’s a large swimming pool, perfect for cooling you down after a spell in the warm Riviera sunshine, with a luxury hammock, daybed and sun loungers providing plenty of choice for your afternoon siesta. There’s also a hot tub and table tennis available for your use.

The villa’s interior is tasteful and serene, with cool limestone flooring, soft white walls and ivory furnishings. The attractive lounge has exposed timber beams, a cosy traditional fireplace and sliding doors leading out onto a shady patio. The kitchen is a timeless classic, with cream-painted cabinetry, polished granite worktops, a gleaming range cooker and a huge American-style fridge/freezer. There’s also a lovely dining room for cooler evenings or more formal meals.

The five immaculately presented bedrooms, four with en suite bath or shower rooms, accommodate up to ten guests in luxurious comfort. On the lower ground floor is a master bedroom with an indulgent Jacuzzi bath and shower and patio doors leading out to the terrace while the first floor suite has its own balcony with spectacular views to wake up to each morning.

Guests have access to a tennis court just 300m from the villa and the acclaimed Royal Mougins golf club is only ten minutes’ drive away should you wish to play a round or two. Take a stroll down to Theoule Sur Mer’s twice weekly market for fresh local produce and admire the luxury yachts bobbing in the marina over a mouthwatering croissant and coffee. There are several charming beaches to choose from nearby and plenty of watersports from diving and snorkelling to windsurfing and sailing.
