Oceane is a recently built villa, perfectly located just a short distance from the sought-after resort of Antibes, with its great selection of restaurants and bars, and of course the fabulous marina. The house is very modern, bright and with stylish furnishings, offering comfortable bedrooms, all featuring en-suite facilities and has air-conditioning throughout. A contemporary open plan living area leads out to the compact and very pleasant private pool area. Road access is directly in front and to the side of the house, and with Antibes so close, you could take a trip down to the marina to marvel at the yachts, or explore the quaint old town with its charming streets and restaurants or relax on the beautiful beach, known as one of the best parts of the Cote d'Azur.
