Alcornoque 138 is a pretty 2 bedroom villa which is first line to the golf course. Finished to a high standard with a spacious interior, the property is well furnished throughout giving a modern yet cosy feel. There is a large private solarium where guests may enjoy golf views whilst making the most of the portable barbecue available. The resort centre with its many amenities is within a 15 minute walk, and this villa has the use of a communal pool (Please note that the communal pool is run by an external organization/supplier to James Villa Holidays, therefore please check the 'Pools' section within the Mar Menor Golf Resort summary page for further information on opening times).

Mar Menor Golf Resort is set within a beautiful position in the Murcian countryside, framed by a stunning mountain backdrop. The resort offers a fantastic Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf course, as well as paddle tennis facilities and an Intercontinental Hotel, which houses a luxurious spa and gym. If you’re looking for a family holiday, Mar Menor is also a great choice, with a kids' playground available and the El Boulevard complex, which houses some great new restaurants. The resort is a superb base for exploring the surrounding area, with the popular town of Los Alcázares with its beach and variety of restaurants and bars close by, as well as the bustling city of Murcia, which is only a 35 minute drive away.
