Centrally located within La Manga, this second floor penthouse apartment is in an elevated position and enjoys beautiful views over La Manga Club, and to the Mar Menor beyond. The Los Olivos apartments enjoy arguably the best location within La Manga Club – just a short walk from amenities including the tennis centre, kids’ club, supermarkets, and some of the resort’s top restaurants and bars. With so much on offer nearby, you don’t even need to hire a car to get around! Los Olivos 371 is on 2 levels and benefits from a private solarium, accessed by an internal spiral staircase. Inside, the apartment is furnished to a high standard and is well equipped with air-conditioning throughout, satellite television with English channels, a DVD player and free WiFi internet access. There is also a spacious terrace where guests may enjoy dining alfresco with the use of a built-in barbecue. The Los Olivos apartments are set in their own gardens, whilst there is an indoor pool and two outdoor communal pools also available – exclusive to guests staying on the complex. Please note this property does not benefit from reduced sports rates, and clients will need to pay 'Public rates' for sports activities on La Manga Club.
