This lovely property is set in the elevated Los Altos village, accessed via a number of steps, and boasts great views over the resort to the Mar Menor from the front, and Calblanque Natural Park from the side. Los Altos 436 is spacious and airy, and the air conditioned lounge is furnished in a comfortable homely style and has satellite TV, DVD player and a CD player. Patio doors give access to a large delightful terrace with a built-in barbecue together with outdoor dining facilities, overlooking the pretty community pool. Further to that, there is also a large private roof solarium, ideal for sunbathing or some alfresco dining. The Los Altos community is ideally located only a 5 minute walk from the Bellaluz village where you will find a mini-market, some shops as well as a handful of bars and restaurants, making it a very popular choice. This property also has the added benefit of reduced green fees for James Villa clients.
