This lovely villa is set in the quiet Las Palmitas village on the outskirts of the resort. The house is spacious throughout, and the air-conditioned lounge is furnished in a comfortable, homely style and has a satellite widescreen LCD TV, CD player, DVD player and fireplace. There is also free wireless internet access, a Playstation 2 console plus games and a number of books to read, should you ever be short of something to do! Patio doors give access to a large terrace with fabulous views across the resort to the Mar Menor beyond. There is a gas barbecue together with outdoor dining facilities, which overlook the delightful community pool, shared by only 14 other villas. Further to that, there is also a large private roof terrace, ideal for sunbathing or some alfresco dining. The Las Palmitas community is ideally located only a 5 minute walk from the Bellaluz village where you will find a mini-market, some shops as well as a handful of bars and restaurants, making it a very popular choice. This property has the added benefit of reduced green fees for James Villa clients.
