Situated on one of the most exclusive roads in La Manga Club, and first line to the South Golf Course, is this superb, individual villa. Internally, La Manga 478 is decorated to a high standard with modern furnishings and traditional beamed ceilings, and air conditioning throughout. The living area is open-plan and boasts a flat-screen television with English channels, whilst the bedrooms are spacious, with two bedrooms featuring ensuite bathrooms. Outside, take advantage of the large landscaped private garden and wonderful terraces with retractable awning, which are perfect for dining alfresco. The oval-shaped pool has the added benefit of optional pool heating at an additional charge, whilst the upper terrace boasts a built-in barbecue. However please note that the temperature of the pool cannot be guaranteed even when heated, as this will be weather dependent, particularly during the winter months. La Manga 478 with its central location is highly recommended for your stay at the wonderful La Manga Club resort! This villa also benefits from reduced green fees for James Villa clients.
