Situated in the centre of the resort, this splendid, individual villa is in close proximity to all of the resort amenities. La Manga 463 villa is beautifully decorated with bespoke furnishings and benefits from traditional beamed ceilings and air conditioning throughout. The living area is open-plan and boasts a flat-screen television with English channels , whilst the bedrooms are very roomy and complete with seating areas, and some even with large dressing areas and an ensuite bathroom. The outdoor areas are also vast, with most rooms featuring patio doors which lead outside onto the terrace. The shaded roof terrace benefits from great views and with an additional seating area, is perfect for a relaxing siesta, whilst the main terrace has a lovely barbecue area making this villa great for alfresco dining. There are also large landscaped gardens, complete with a large patio area and an inviting gated pool, making it a great choice for families. What’s more, it also has the added benefit of optional pool heating at an additional charge, as well as reduced green fees for James Villa clients. However please note that the temperature of the pool cannot be guaranteed even when heated, as this will be weather dependent, particularly during the winter months. La Manga 463 is therefore highly recommended for your stay at the wonderful La Manga Club resort!
