Located in the ever popular area of Cumbre del Sol, this fantastic villa’s elevated position allows for wonderful views across the surrounding area, along the coastline, and out to sea. Inside, each of the air conditioned bedrooms are comfortably furnished, and from the lounge, patio doors are ideally positioned to make the most of the views. A small variety of amenities can be found within a few minutes' drive on the Cumbre, however, the delightful resort of Moraira can be found within a fifteen minute drive where you will find a good selection of amenities and a sandy beach.

An unspoilt coastal town, Moraira is situated in a beautiful marina offering a wide variety of harbour-side fish restaurants and bars full of Spanish character. The delightful town square and its assortment of local shops and markets is home to a pretty church and narrow, cobbled streets and is a great place to spend time wandering and seeking out souvenirs. Bejewelled with an assortment of sandy and rocky coves along the winding picture-perfect coast road, Moraira caters well for tourists and is extremely popular, yet manages to retain its Spanish charm. We have a good selection of villas in Moraira, most of them close to the town or in the surrounding countryside. "The holiday was 1st Class. When we got to the airport on the way home we realised we had left 2 rings behind at the villa. One phone call to our Representative and the problem was sorted. our Representative went above and beyond the call of duty to get the rings sent back to us in the UK. Top man and 100% faultless service. Well Done again James Villas We will be back again and thank you for a wonderful holiday. "
