This spacious, detached villa is nestled amongst fragrant orange groves near to the historic town of Gandia and just a ten minute drive from a lovely stretch of golden sandy beach. Inside, the villa offers six stylish bedrooms and five bathrooms spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious, fully equipped family kitchen and a fantastic games room with pool table, dart board and table football. Upstairs is a further lounge area with a flat screen television, and from here views of the local mountainous countryside are at thier best. Outside, a beautiful vine-covered pergola provides the perfect spot for outdoor dining, and adjoining this is an outhouse with a Paella plate and barbecue. Villa La Felicidad also benefits from a gated pool, and some of the rooms have extra beds making this an ideal choice for families.

Resort: Gandia in Costa Blanca
The historic town of Gandia is situated between striking mountainous landscape and the Mediterranean Sea. Offering a wealth of beautiful golden sandy beaches, extensive shopping and historical buildings, there is plenty to do here and many places well worth a visit, such as the Palace of Santo Duque, which has been declared a Spanish national monument. However, arguably the most popular attraction for holidaymakers are the long stretches of beach and the busy harbour. Food is also a popular attraction of Gandia, as the prosperous fishing harbour and widespread orchards mean that this area is rich in fresh produce.
