Rosario is a traditional, charismatic villa surrounded by its own fragrant citrus groves and orchards. Located in the area of Estacion, near the foot of the mountain range towards the back of Calpe, the villa boasts fantastic views across Calpe to the impressive Penon de Ifach and out to sea. Accessed via steps, Rosario feels very welcoming from the moment you walk in. The traditional character of the villa is reflected in the décor throughout, and both bathrooms have recently been refurbished in a superb fresh, modern style. From the lounge, a covered terrace overlooks the pool, and is a lovely place to sit and admire the views. Calpe’s huge sandy beach and bustling resort centre is less than three kilometres from the villa.

Three glorious sandy Blue Flag beaches are divided by the dramatic, craggy height of the Peñón de Ifach rock which stands over 300 metres tall and can be seen for miles, providing a fantastic landmark up and down the coast.
