Located in a great position, close to all the amenities of Calpe, Mar y Sol affords great views over the nearby salt flats and rocky outcrop of Peñon d’Ifach. A good sized roman style pool is on offer, surrounded by a patio area and spacious covered terrace, where you can sit out and enjoy the warm climate. The interior of the villa is light and airy, with air-conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms, providing a great place to cool off from the sun. there is also a well equipped fitted kitchen, adjoining a lounge-diner with satellite television and plenty of space for up to eight people. On the first floor, you will find a large balcony, where you can enjoy the best of the views from the villa.

Calpe is a popular, bustling resort, best known for its balance of historic Valencian culture and modern tourist facilities. Three glorious sandy Blue Flag beaches are divided by the dramatic, craggy height of the Peñón de Ifach rock which stands over 300 metres tall and can be seen for miles, providing a fantastic landmark up and down the coast. On one side is the harbour with its fantastic choice of restaurants, while on the other is the resort centre filled with shops, bars and array of night-time entertainment.
