Ideally located close to the old town of Calpe in the area of Canuta, this large comfortably furnished property is split into three self contained apartments all boasting scenic views over to the neighbouring mountains and out to sea. The first floor apartment is accessed via external stairs, making it ideal for groups travelling together. A covered terrace is shared between all three apartments, and this looks over the inviting pool. Plenty of patio furniture is available around the pool, as well as a built in barbecue. For a change of scenery, the resort centre can be reached within an easy walk, and here a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants can be found.

Calpe is a popular, bustling resort, best known for its balance of historic Valencian culture and modern tourist facilities. Three glorious sandy Blue Flag beaches are divided by the dramatic, craggy height of the Peñón de Ifach rock which stands over 300 metres tall and can be seen for miles, providing a fantastic landmark up and down the coast. On one side is the harbour with its fantastic choice of restaurants, while on the other is the resort centre filled with shops, bars and array of night-time entertainment. "our Representative was brillant, as soon as we got there she offered to take us shopping as it was quite a walk away and as my dad finds walking hard, and the resort we stayed in was very hilly she offered when we needed it a lift in her car.
It was our first time in a villa and I don't think we'd ever go back to a hotel.
The views from our villa were outstanding. "
