Villa San Patricio is an impressive, detached house standing in the urban area of East Nerja and is ideally situated for the many shops, bars, restaurants and beaches of this very popular area.
The interiors of the house include spacious airy bedrooms on both floors with the two upstairs doubles sharing a large terrace. The rooms are well furnished and stylishly decorated and there is a well equipped kitchen to the rear.
The lounge diner enjoys patio door access to the lawned and pine tree shaded garden and the swimming pool. At the sid eof the house there is a built in barbecue with shaded dining area and the furnished lounge terrace also offers shaded respite from the hot, Spanish sun.
