"We were very impressed with our holiday particularly with our rep who helped us out with hospital and doctors arrangements when our baby was taken ill. The overall service from the team was excellent particularly when booking as my contact was able to call our Representative to get answers to certain questions before we booked the holiday. My only possible adverse comment would be the lack of towel changes during the week and cleaning services which have been available to us on other villa holidays. One visit and change during the week might be a good idea. Perhaps make it an optional extra for customers in case they want to retin their privacy during the holiday. "
