"The owner lived next door and he came and introduced himself to us and told us if we needed anything to go and see him and he would get it for us. He came and checked the pool every couple of days. He was friendly and helpful but not interferring. He was really proud of his villa and wanted us to enjoy our time there. He was also friendly to the children. "
