This beautiful villa is situated in peaceful surroundings and enjoys spectacular views across the countryside to the Sierra Tejada mountain range. The interior has been furnished to a high standard throughout with much attention to detail and features beautiful tiles and beamed ceilings to give it real Andalucian character. Outside the spacious terrace is decorated with pretty flower pots and offers a built in barbecue with patio furniture. From here steps lead down to the private pool and further sun terrace. The villa is accessed by a narrow track so a smaller car is recommended.

"It is clear that the owners take pleasure in this villa and have invested a lot of their time, money and effort into making it such a special place. Everything about it has quality, from the kitchen utensils to the woodwork. We have recommended this villa to friends and hope to return next year. Let me add that after a previous visit to this villa, I made a suggestion via this survey of an improvement that could be made to the villa. To my very pleasant surprise, my comments were listened to and the improvement implemented. It is delightful that the owners pay such close attention to their guests comments. "

"Only complaint was that there was no waterproof covered area outside to sit under when it rained. The cane awning at the front of the villa was not suitable for rainy days. We would suggest either a waterproof cover on the awning or the provision of a large table umbrella. Otherwise, great! "

"I would recommend that the instructions are made clearer to collect the villa keys before going down the hill to the property. Suggest solar lighting on the road approaching the villa. Air conditioning in the master bedroom.
Over all we had a lovely relaxing week and would recommend this villa. "

"This villa was magnificent and the scenery surrounding the cottage was gorgeous. It was lovely to walk up to Frigiliana in the evening and on the way back pop into the little bar at La Molinetta - brilliant people and so welcoming. The villa is only about a 10 minute car journey from the centre of Nerja but you still had the rural luxury. "

"This was our 2nd James Villa holiday & again we were extremely pleased with the holiday. The weather was a bit of a let down but obviously that's just luck!! We got a little lost on the directions to the villa when we arrived & then the keys weren't at the villa but the rep turned up in about 10 mins & was v. helpful - we've already booked our 3rd villa for next year. "We have used you several times in the past, the last holiday in Menorca i complained about the cleanliness of the villa, can i congratulate you on the Tojo de Molino it is by far the best villa that we have had from you, although the dirt track down to the villa can be pretty scary especially when you arriving in the dark, but worth the trouble when you see the fantastic views from the outside area of the villa. This villa is outstanding, but would be a major improvement if the road into it was improved. "
