Resort: Frigiliana in Andalucia
One of the most beautiful villages in Spain, with whitewashed houses piled up on steep narrow slopes, Frigiliana sits in the foothills of the Sierra de Tejeda Mountains. Explore the narrow, winding streets and steps of the old Moorish and Medieval quarter where ceramic tile plaques detailing the village’s history adorn brightly painted houses. You can also stop off at an old world wine cellar where you can sample the famous local vintage straight from the barrel. There are many fine restaurants serving traditional Spanish cuisine and little shops selling local, handcrafted items tucked away in the winding streets, just waiting to be discovered.
"The Villa was very remote and the roads leading up to the Villa from the main road were very basic (track). The Villa itself was very basic in terms of comfort. It was also cold and no form of heating provided. However, in terms of complete relaxation and quiet, it was ideal. Not for the elderly or infirm. Other James Villas have been fine and are a credit to whoever chooses them. "
Rev Dove, Dronfield, June 2008

Mr Ratcliff, Aylesbury, April 2008
"Excellent service, excellent villa but the service provided by the car hire company for the car hire left a lot to be desired. "
Mrs Page, Birmingham, April 2008
"Vill quality , local representative, directions and booking service first class. "
