Casa Nobleza is a lovely, modern villa standing on the hillside close to the pretty white village of Competa, just inland from Torrox and the beaches of Torrox Costa.
With panoramic views from the cool terrace and poolside over the farmlands in the valley below, the villa provides a wonderful location to enjoy the Andalucian countryside and is accessed at the end of a short, rough, country track.
All accommodation is on the ground floor and rooms are large and spacious with comfortable and modern furnishings.. The kitchen is well equipped with al mod-cons and the shaded terrace makes a lovely spot for evening dining.
The swimming pool is set to the rear of the house in sun kissed terracing and there is adjacent lawn and mediterranean gardens from where to enjoy the views.
The swimming pool is heated outside of the summer months and the cost is payable locally.
