Conveniently located close to San Juan de los Tererros, yet situated down a quiet track road, Villa El Oasis is an impressive house set within well kept grounds with manicured gardens. Entering the grounds through large wooden doors, set in the owners seven beautiful acre estate, the villa is a paradise for those who want to relax in very attractive surroundings. The interior is comfortable with the benefit of air conditioning available during the evenings only, plus the owner’s love of art is very apparent, as interesting paintings, furniture and antiques decorate the house throughout. It even features its very own chapel within the garden, and a large covered terrace extends around the villa overlooking the large private swimming pool, which is surrounded by pretty palm trees, bougainvillea, hibiscus and fruit trees. The sandy local beach is just a five minute drive away, as is San Juan de los Tererros boulevard, making Villa El Oasis a great choice for families or a group of friends wanting to experience this beautiful part of Spain.

Resort: San Juan de los Terreros in Almeria
San Juan de los Terreros is a traditional Spanish coastal village south of the Murcia region larger town of Aguilas. This idyllic area nestles between the hills and sandy beaches fringing the Mediterranean. With a handful of restaurants, bars and shops, San Juan has been a favourite destination for Spanish people seeking a peaceful and tranquil beach location. This picturesque village has become a paradise for many divers because of its excellent waters and location along a beautiful bay. Found in one of the coastlines in the Spanish peninsula, San Juan de Los Terreros has beautiful sea landscapes that are truly breathtaking. The small coves are surrounded by traditional fishermen's cottages in the natural coastline where some of the best beaches of the Almeria coast can be found. Dotted along the promenade are childrens play areas and Chiringuoitos which tempt you in with delicious seafood dishes, tapas or a glass or two of wine, whilst overlooking the blue waters of the mediterranean. There is even a Castle that was constructed in 1764 in the style of a coastal fort on a headland 150 metres high, and has been declared to be of Cultural Interest. From here views out to sea lie two islands; Isla Negra and Isla de Terreros, both of which have been declared as natural parkland and therefore protected.
