Highly recommended, this attractive stone house is tucked away down a quiet track road, within easy driving distance to the pretty seaside resort of San Juan de los Tererros, where you can sample some of the typical Spanish restaurants and bars along the sandy beach promenade. Lovingly restored by its owners, this beautiful house of character is comfortably furnished throughout, including some antique touches and the benefit of air conditioning available in the evenings only for extra comfort. Set within well kept grounds, a welcoming covered terrace is home to some dining facilities a perfect spot for breakfasts and outdoor dining, while flower filled gardens, palm trees and cobbled walls surround the large kidney pool, creating a relaxing and peaceful ambience for that special place to stay.

San Juan de los Terreros is a traditional Spanish coastal village south of the Murcia region larger town of Aguilas. This idyllic area nestles between the hills and sandy beaches fringing the Mediterranean. With a handful of restaurants, bars and shops, San Juan has been a favourite destination for Spanish people seeking a peaceful and tranquil beach location. This picturesque village has become a paradise for many divers because of its excellent waters and location along a beautiful bay. Found in one of the coastlines in the Spanish peninsula, San Juan de Los Terreros has beautiful sea landscapes that are truly breathtaking. The small coves are surrounded by traditional fishermen's cottages in the natural coastline where some of the best beaches of the Almeria coast can be found. Dotted along the promenade are childrens play areas and Chiringuoitos which tempt you in with delicious seafood dishes, tapas or a glass or two of wine, whilst overlooking the blue waters of the mediterranean. There is even a Castle that was constructed in 1764 in the style of a coastal fort on a headland 150 metres high, and has been declared to be of Cultural Interest. From here views out to sea lie two islands; Isla Negra and Isla de Terreros, both of which have been declared as natural parkland and therefore protected.
