This beautiful 'Best of James' property occupies an enviable position on the resort of Desert Springs, perfectly located within walking distance of all the resort amenities and with spectacular views over the lake and the 'Indiana' golf course. Finished to a very high standard, Sweetwater Island 5 boasts quality furnishings and benefits from air conditioning throughout. Whilst there is a comfortable lounge on the ground floor, downstairs you will find a fantastic TV room complete with DVD player and a Nintendo Wii - the perfect place for the kids to retreat to whilst the adults enjoy a few quiet drinks. Externally, there is a delightful private pool, perfect to cool off in after a day in the warm sunshine of this region.
