This delightful four bedroom cottage is part of a cluster of quiet, enclosed gardens and a pretty communal pool, within 'La Rosa del Desierto' community, in the heart of the resort. Furnished to a high standard throughout, La Rosa 8 boasts all the mod-cons, including air conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom. Outside is a large terrace area with pretty pergola and built-in barbecue, where you can relax in the warm Almerian climate whilst taking in the views of the fantastic golf course. This property has the added benefit of reduced green fees for James Villa clients if pre-booked.
