The Townhouses at Desert Springs are designed to have a classic colonial feel, based on the houses built by local families with their new wealth from the silver mining boom in Villaricos, during the 19th Century. They have wooden and iron verandas and balconies, with a wealth of attractive external detail. La Fuente 23 is a fantastic property, from which the private terrace leads straight out to the large communal pool. The community of La Fuente also boasts pretty courtyards and beautiful communal gardens, perfect for enjoying the sun and letting off some steam. Internally, La Fuente 23 is bright and modern, and furnished to a good standard complete with a fireplace, natural wooden features, Satellite television and air conditioning throughout.
