"The whole family had a fantastic holiday, from the children to the grandparents. Although we stated that this is slightly a more expensive option, we feel that we received a better service as well as a great holiday. Money well spent!! "

"Our Rep, was absoloutely superb. She was at the villa to greet us when we arrived, she called around the following day to check that we were OK, any issues raised with the villa were dealt with immediately, for example our microwave failed on Sunday morning at 9.00, we called her and by lunchtime she had arranged for another microwave to be delivered. This was particularly important to us as we had a 12 week old baby and needed the microwave to steralise her bottles. Your rep is an asset to your team and we would like our thanks to be conveyed to her. She went over and above what you could reasonably expect from a holiday rep! "
