Rich in history, St Barbara de Nexe is a quiet village built on the site of a Bronze Age hill fort with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and down to the coast. The central point of the village is the 400 year old white-walled church which can be found on the main street. Here and at nearby Estoi, the villagers still make traditional baskets and hats from plaited palm leaves. "- directions to villa poor, due to distances not being correct. Caused us to concentrate too much on the distances and not just look out for the next landmark. Either redo the distances or only include them as general distances, not so specific.

"The villa was very nice, clean, spacious, if not a little cold inside with no heating. The directions to the villa were confusing as we diligently followed the kilometer readings but they turned out to be incorrect causing us to turn around when we were heading in the correct directions. The directions themselves were very good just need more accurate measurements. "
