Rich in history, St Barbara de Nexe is a quiet village built on the site of a Bronze Age hill fort with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and down to the coast. The central point of the village is the 400 year old white-walled church which can be found on the main street. Here and at nearby Estoi, the villagers still make traditional baskets and hats from plaited palm leaves. "I have never had a bad holiday when using your company so I was a little worried with e-tickets. I did not need to be as it was`easier than with actual tickets. The cleaning service was intrusive on occasions but the lady was lovely. I have, and will continue to recommend you to friends and family. Thank you. "

"Casa do Gato was an excellent with every facility we needed. The equipment in the villa was very good quality. Although there were 3 movable heaters in the property due to the size one more was definitely needed. We are considering revisiting this villa and would recommend to anyone looking for ease of access to the airport and requiring relaxation. There is also a very good restaurant 3 minutes drive away! "
