Staff at this friendly resort are dedicated to creating a fun, relaxing holiday environment for children and adults alike. Daytime activities range from tennis and beach volleyball to mini golf and boules, while in the evenings the entertainment includes dinner shows, open-air parties and live music. It’s only a 15 minute walk or a short shuttle bus ride to the picturesque fishing village of Carvoeiro where shops, cafés, bars and restaurants surround the golden beach. "What a wonderful holiday, in a wonderful place and a wonderful villa - I had not trawled through brochures or agonised over where to spend our holiday - let me tell you how it happened. One year on our way back from a holiday in Cyprus I met a family at the airport standing in the queue behind us, they said they had booked their holiday through James Villas and were over the moon with everything - this stuck in mind for several years until we decided to take a holiday. I simply phoned James Villas and explained that I wanted a villa as we liked our own pool, but I wanted to be on a complex so that we weren't alone and had facilities to use. I didnt want to have to drive anywhere so everything had to be within reach and apart from that I didnt mind where we went - the representative on the phone did all the leg work for me and found me Villa Katwijk in Portugal, I booked it there and then villa unseen - putting my complete trust in James Villas. Well, were not disappointed it was the best holiday we have ever ever had - thank you James Villas for your expertise and jolly good taste!!! "

"What a FANTASTIC holiday. We all had such a great time that I booked to go back to the same villa this morning for next year. This was our first villa experience and I dont know how I will be able to do any other type of holiday again.
Your helpdesk staff are very helpful and friendly, and deal with issues immediatley and to a very high standard. It was a pleasure speaking to them.
Your representative was very nice, helpful and pro-active and she arranged for us to stay in our villa until 12pm on our last day, which was very helpful because this was a great concern of mine as one of the party is disabled and I have a young child.
Only one thing I noticed while searching for a villa, is that there does not seam to be many villas with air conditioning and this is a very high priority for me when choosing a Villa.

We left a new purse in our villa and after contacting reception we had it delivered back to our home address in UK within 3 days.very nice and helpfull staff on site. "
