Guia is a lovely little village, located about five kilometres to the west of Albufeira and ideally located for exploring the rest of the Algarve. Albufeira provides a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants and is famed for its ‘piri-piri’ chicken dishes. ‘Zoomarine’ aqua park is just five minutes' drive away from Guia, whilst ‘Algarve Shopping’ a large commercial centre with fashion stores, a hypermarket and multi-screen cinema is also just a few minutes 'drive away.Other properties in Guia

"On saturday evening at 7.30pm we had no no hot water so unable to take showers I called our Representative not expecting it to be resolved until at least the next day. Within 30 minutes a maintenance man had called and fixed the problem I telephoned our Representative to thank her for the speed in which this was responded to and resolved. I know things can go wrong but the measure is how they are put right and this was first class.
Location and facilities in the Villa were one of the best we have experienced on the Algarve "

"We found the villa exceeded our expectations and set the tone of our holiday. The villa was very well equipped and well located, even though fairly near to busy road. Pool service good and cleaning service more than have experienced with other companies and very welcome. They are building opposite villa, although not working the week we stayed. This is the first time we have chosen a villa with private pool and with family members ranging from 8 to 87, found it met all our needs. Really looking forward to booking with James Villa Holidays again - well done. "
