Resort: Estoi in Algarve
Estoi is an unspoilt, quaint little hilltop town, nestled in the foothills of the Serra do Caldeirão. Narrow, cobbled streets wind through this charming resort to the central town square, where you will find the impressive town church and a handful of cafes where you can enjoy a coffee and a cake. On the second Sunday of each month a market is held on the outskirts of Estoi, where a variety of clothing and handmade crafts as well as fruit and vegetables can be picked up. Estoi also boasts two architectural gems, one is the gently crumbling Palacio de Estoi, known as the Pink Palace, and the other is the Milreu Roman ruins, one of the first villas built in the Algarve by the Romans.Other properties in Estoi

"Casa Amendoeira, Estoi is a really beautiful villa with amazing views!!! The rooftop at night, looking out over Faro and up at the stars, is a sight that will stay in my memory for a long time! The photos in the brochure and the ones I took don't do it justice! I would visit this villa again and again! Only wish the pool could be heated as it was obviously a little cold in May. "

"It would be help full if the information received about the villa stated that washing up liquid was supplied but not washing powder. small thing like salt and pepper would be good even if in individal sachets. other wise the villa was just what the description said would go a again just need to save up now. thank you for a wonderful holiday. "
