Casa Luz is situated in the peaceful countryside resort of Caramujeira and offers sea views across to the coast of Armacao de Pera. This well appointed villa is set within spacious grounds and is comfortably furnished throughout, while outside, a large covered terrace overlooks the swimming pool and garden. Carvoeiro can be reached within a fifteen minute drive while the beaches of Benagil and Praia do Marinha are also nearby. This semi-detached property is set on one level and comprises two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom, a full bathroom and a separate shower room. The open plan lounge/diner is comfortably furnished and includes satellite TV and a CD player while the fully fitted kitchen includes an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Outside, the garden feature a lovely built-in barbecue, patio furniture and sun loungers.
