"Loved the baia townhouse, unfortunately my in laws had to ask to move from the upper apartment because the stairs inside had no hand rails and my mother-in-law felt uncomfortable using them. However the ataff at reception could not have been more helpful and luckily were able to offer them a single level apartment 2 doors down from us at no extra cost. This was very much appreciated by all of us. The apartments are modern, clean and high spec and very well equiped in our opinion. Fresh towels arrived halfway through the week and cleaners came twice. The children loved the thoughtful touch of Easter chocolates upon our arrival! The grounds, pool and gardens were all well maintained. "
