"We had a fantastic relaxing time with no worries because it was all taken care of. We were particularly impressed on how well the villa cleaned and serviced throughout our stay. The only problem we had with the holiday was that the mattresses were really hard which may it difficult to sleep. The questionnaire asks me to comment on the appearance and knowledge of an representative we never met. "
