Situated within easy reach of Bodrum airport, the resort of Tuzla offers beautiful, natural green areas, and is becoming increasingly popular due to the Vita Park Golf Course which features two fabulous 18 hole courses. Perhaps one of the most stunning locations in Turkey, Tuzla Lake is dotted with a host of ancient ruins and is surrounded by mountains covered with olive groves, and pine trees. The area is particularly well known for its natural bird sanctuary and a large variety of rare birds including pelicans, flamingos and white storks can be seen flocking to the wetlands throughout the year.
